New Paradigm Business Is A Journey and Practice of Embodiment

𝘐’𝘮 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦, 𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘨𝘢, 𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘦𝘹𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘤𝘺 𝘢𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘮𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦…….𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴?

𝘕𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘢 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘰𝘯𝘦.”

You may be thinking…..

Well, technically it’s not exclusive to our businesses.

The same applies to our non-profits, communities, land projects and the like too.

In my previous post, “𝙋𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙒𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙡 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙇𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩” we talked about how we draw the energy of the 5th Dimensional reality of our vision into form through emanating the feeling of it out through our heart chakra.

But for that vision to truly ground into our current reality, we also want that energy to move up and down through our entire body system and emanate out clearly through each of our other chakras too.

Remember how in the video “Torus Energy and the Power of the Heart” it spoke to how Universal energy moves through the heart?

In essence it moves in a toroidal field that’s open at the centre, which means it can connect with both the entire Universe and centre to centre with other human beings simultaneously. The more people who are connected in this way, with clear energy systems and open chakras, the more exponentially powerful the electromagnetic field we’re collectively emanating.

The energy of the torus circulates from top to middle to our heart and back up, and from bottom to middle to our heart and back down.

So, if you’re looking at the image that accompanies this post, that 5th Dimensional energy is circulating from the top of our crown, down through our third eye, our throat chakra into our heart and back up. And from our root chakra, up through our sacral and solar plexus into our heart and back down.

There is both an experience of INVOLUTION — Spirit descending into embodied form;

AND

An experience of EVOLUTION — the body ascending into Spirit;

that are occurring simultaneously.

This is happening by way of the energy that is moving through each of our energy centres and radiating out through our hearts.

That’s how that 5th Dimensional energy bridges multi-dimensionally, through our BODY.

Through our EMBODIMENT.

As such, for us to be fully embodying that 5th Dimensional reality and emanating it out through our being here and now, each of our chakras need to be open and running smoothly for us to be fully integral and in alignment.

Each chakra naturally has personal, familial, ancestral, archetypal and collective ‘gunk’ comprised of unprocessed trauma, limiting beliefs, legacy conditioning and habitual thought patterns, associated with it, that will organically come up to be alchemised and cleared to fully emanate the 5D frequency on your journey to actualizing your vision.

I’ve expressed before how that the JOURNEY of co-creation that you’ll go through together IS THE PATH you’ll walk on your individual and group development journey to bringing your shared vision to fruition.

And how that path is one of Initiation and Alchemy.

As you can see from what I’ve outlined here, the alchemy occurs naturally as you’re in relationship with others who share your vision on your journey to actualizing your vision. You don’t have to do anything to make that happen per se.

But there is also a component to this journey that invites your conscious choice and participation.

And that’s where the Initiations come in.

In the same way that each chakra has alchemy associated with it, each chakra also has an initiation associated with it — that allows us to choose into our development up through that developmental stage.

Here I want to distinguish how I’m using this word from fraternities and secret societies. This is not a question of choosing into a humiliating “hazing” or some nefarious or secretive act.

The term “Initiation” means “𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑜𝑓 𝑏𝑒𝑔𝑖𝑛𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔” and in essence, it represents your choice to begin emanating out your vision from each chakra with intentionality and relationship with the Divine.

It’s an act of claiming your Sovereign Divinity.

Each person’s initiation journey and experience will be uniquely timed and specific to them and their team of collaborators or co-creators, but you can rest assured that Life will line up the circumstances for us to make those choices.

Our part is to simply step up and choose them.

And just as a heads up, the choices that are presented to us will very likely:

(a) Not appear to have any kind of linear pay-off; and

(b) Take us right to the edge and beyond our comfort zone;

because ultimately, those conditions are an invitation to us to choose and stand behind our faith in God.

For the purposes of the rest of this post I want to share a little about what I’ve experienced in terms of the evolutionary initiation journey, up from the root to the heart.

Quite honestly, I’m on this journey myself and very much in a continuous daily practice of it, so I can only really speak to the parts that I’ve lived and share the rest as it’s continually unfolding for me.

So let’s start with the ROOT CHAKRA.

As I’ve talked about in one of my recent posts, “𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒐-𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝑨𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒂 𝑺𝒂𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑨𝒄𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑰𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏” agreement can serve as a valuable tool for creating the bonds that keep us in relationship and prevent us from sabotaging ourselves by bouncing out when the going gets tough. As such they play a valuable part as we come into co-founder relationship with the group of people we discover we share a common vision with, as we choose to embark on a journey together to actualize that vision in service of the more beautiful world.

It’s at the point of agreement that we choose as a group to crystallize the bonds of our relationship and memorialize our devotion and/or commitment to our journey together.

If you’ve ever been married, bought a house, or signed an employment contract, you are probably familiar with the visceral sensation that comes with signing into an agreement. It has the quality of forming a membrane around the co-signers that noticeably feels like you’re committed and creates a barrier to our ability to step away quite so easily.

These agreements also connect you in at the roots to the 3rd Dimensional reality, and allow the hydration provided by incoming resources to flow through your organism to people and projects.

This is why it’s important to be very intentional when designing and crafting your agreements. It’s not a process to be rushed through or taken lightly. You’ll want to be:

(A) Aligned around your vision;

(B) Embedding the kind of energetic architecture that will maximally support your embodiment and your continued connection, collaboration and growing sovereignty; and

(C) Empowering everyone in relation to the organism and in right relationship with each other on your journey together.

Hence the statement, 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒐-𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝑨𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒂 𝑺𝒂𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑨𝒄𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑰𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏.

As you make this choice, there may be unprocessed trauma, limiting beliefs, legacy conditioning and habitual thought patterns that then come up to be alchemised along with that. For example, if you’ve had a bad experience in business or marriage before, it might bring that up to be felt through and let go. Or you could find yourself facing uncomfortable feelings around things like: safety, self-worth, dependency, and powerlessness, which no longer serve the highest expression of your vision through you and are therefore are coming up to be alchemised.

Moving on to the SACRAL CHAKRA.

This energy centre particularly pertains to the areas of sex, money and creativity.

As a steward of the Divine seed of your vision, this initiation is designed to get you into right alignment such that the energy flowing up to your heart is integrated and not leaking out through unhealthy relationship attachments, dependencies, the need for validation, attention-seeking behavior, control patterns and the like.

Until we can stand in the face of those things and not be sabotaged, hi-jacked or corrupted by them, we’re not yet sovereign and trusted vessels in service to the Divine.

Naturally, that’s going to bring up all our fears and control patterns to be alchemised in the realms of intimacy, possessiveness, scarcity of money and/or love and attention, any ways we may be using money to get attention, exert control or feel connected, etc

I’ve had personal experience with this piece, as it became apparent to me during an Ayahausca ceremony that there was a way that my energy was leaking from my sacral chakra and diluting my integrity, and the potency of my contribution in alignment with Divine Source.

I then chose into an initiation of celibacy for an indeterminate period of time (it ended up lasting 3 months before it was clear it was meant to end)), on the basis that I was choosing for my sexual energy, which is also my creative energy, to be reigned back into my centre, rather than seeking attention and validation outside of myself or mitigating my emotional discomfort through engaging sexually. Through that initiation I was choosing to devote my creative energy fully back to the Divine.

Personally, I’ve experienced equivalent initiatory experiences in the realm of money too, particularly with respect to breaking attachments and dependencies on anyone who may be unconsciously seeking to exert control through fear, over how my finances flow.

Again, each person’s initiatory journey is likely to be unique, so I’m not suggesting that your journey will look like mine, but at least through these examples, you get the picture of why this stuff is valuable.

Coming next to the SOLAR PLEXUS.

The Solar Plexus is all about how we apply our personal power and will.

As such, this initiation is about how we’re aligning our will with Divine will and our ability to engage the grounded, creative energy we now have access to from our Root and Sacral Chakras, with consistency, structure and self-responsibility.

For example, if we’re habitually engaging in addictive patterns and behaviors then our will is not fully our own to use for our Divine work, because there’s a way that a substance or a relationship we have with another is co-opting our attention, cultivating a dependency and numbing our ability to receive and consciously put our creativity into Inspired Action.

Personally, I’ve experienced reclaiming my integrity in this energy centre through choosing to create and engage a regular rhythm and practices to my day, which has also supported in taking away the craving for the addictive substances.

Each morning our team has been:

• Rising around 5am;
• Doing breathwork and stretching from 5.30–6am;
• Doing an hour of morning meditation;
• Doing 30mins of exercise; and
• Dedicating a window to creative writing.

When I first started sitting down to write, I had no agenda and no idea what was going to come out.

But the rhythm and practice has allowed this whole series of writings from my lived and embodied experience to pour forth.

And so finally, let’s talk about the HEART CHAKRA.

At least from my own experience in walking this journey, I’m learning that we share our gifts, offerings and embodied wisdom through our open hearts. Our sharing serves as an expression and example of the journey we’re speaking to, from a space of Love and in alignment and integrity with the lower chakras.

Again, when we first start sharing our gifts with the world, it’s normal for blocks around self-worth, aversion to sharing or selling ourselves, dependency-related or avoidance patterns to come up. But by choosing into the initiation of continuing to show up to the table with consistency and structure, it cultivates us as trusted vessels and brings our power and will energy centre online.

As I share in the title this is both a journey and an ongoing practice of embodiment to keep our energy centres open and clear as we’re emanating and radiating our visions out through our being.
