When I saw this video on a friendโ€™s wall recently, it got me thinkingโ€ฆ.. What happens if I acknowledge this to be completely true?

What if the signal coming from Zach, who is a credible and relatively well received expert in the field of both living and dying natural systems, is an indicator of and invitation into, our individual and collective metamorphosis?

Iโ€™ve been paying particular attention lately to the Bitcoin landscape.

Its rapid acceleration in recent months has been compelling viewing, and even moreso with the added dimension of having skin in the game.

For those of you who desire and value more of a peer-to-peer distribution of decision making and responsibility in your business, who are ready to embark on the agreement stage of your journey as new business partners/parents (because birthing a business is a lot like having a baby together), hereโ€™s a selection of the things youโ€™ll want to know:

1. You can think of the journey youโ€™re taking into an agreement much like a Quest, where youโ€™ll encounter challenges and pick up clues for how youโ€™ll be engaging with each other, other people, clients and partners along the way. โ€ฆ

When the 4 of us in our team first came together, one thing that was common to all of us was how much we valued our freedom.

Itโ€™s often said that if we want to create a world where things work very differently from how theyโ€™ve worked up until now, itโ€™s going to take tapping into something called โ€œgroup coherenceโ€ and โ€œcollective intelligenceโ€.

Group coherence refers to operating as a unified whole.

Coherence at the group level is essential for effective collaboration.

And Collective Intelligence is the shared or group intelligence that emerges from that effective collaboration.

Out at the cutting edges of this conversation, itโ€™s also said that group coherence and collective intelligence are a function of an anti-fragile and anti-rivalrous culture.

But what does thisโ€ฆ


Now that we find ourselves living at a time in the world where more and more of us are either confined to our homes or encouraged to be at home;

Where our routines and commutes have been disrupted and working from home has become the norm;

Where medium or long term โ€œjob securityโ€ is no longer guaranteed or even necessarily desirable;

Where government money is often being provided to support and subsidize many of us in the face of all the disruption;

It makes sense that, rather than relying wholesale on the system into perpetuity, more and more of usโ€ฆ
